TX93 Module with NXP i.MX93 dual-core
Versatile, SoM for high-performance industrial applications
TX93 is the latest tiny 68mm x 26mm SODIMM system-on-module in the TX-Module pin-compatible family, based on the NXP i.MX93 processor. TX93 features a powerful dual-core ARM Cortex-A55 processor running at up to 1700MHz and a Cortex-M33 microcontroller, as well as an NPU for Machine Learning (ML) applications. The SoM integrates 1GB of LPDDR4 RAM, as well as 4GB eMMC flash, and supports an operating temperature range of -25C to +85C. Both LVDS and MIPI-DSI display outputs are provided, and a 2D GPU accelerates graphics. Comprehensive connectivity includes dual Ethernet, dual CAN, SD/eMMC, dual USB, as well as up to 8x UARTs, 7x I2C ports and 8x SPI.
TX93 comes with a Linux BSP with full sources and installable VM for development. In common with the rest of the pin-compatible TX-Module family, it requires a single 3.3 to 5.5v supply and provides an up to 300mA 3.3V power output for use on the baseboard.
The i.MX93-based TX93 offers exceptional graphics and video performance, in a full temperature-range SoM, at a reasonable price, and is aimed at a broad range of industrial HMI solutions plus streaming video capture and display devices and audio systems.

With the increasing importance of cyber-security it is more or less essential to include secure boot, in order to meet the authentication requirements of standards such as EN18031 and the CRA. We offer the addition of secure boot to your development process (with and without encryption) as an expert service. We also offer HAB/AHAB programming during manufacture to enable customers to easily secure their device.

board-7 provides a complete development environment based on TRITON-TX93, running mainline Linux out-of-the-box. The development system consists of a baseboard which provides an unpopulated bank of 0.1″ headers for all 200 module pins, plus connectors for all the main module interfaces, and includes additional peripherals such as an SGTL5000 audio codec. Other connectors include USB, Ethernet, SDCard, CAN, RS-232 and RS-485. The Mainboard-7 offers an optional 640×480 capacitive touch screen, and an LVDS output to enable connection of other screen sizes. Please note that the kit uses the LVDS display output – if you are thinking of using MIPI-DSI, please discuss this with us before purchase.
