We are very pleased with our purchase of a Corelis Boundary
Scanning System as it has proven to be an invaluable tool in
identifying faults in boards supplied by our Contract Manufacturers.
A recent problem with a batch of printed circuit boards was
quickly identified and isolated by the system which has saved
my Company over £50k. We are now planning to place Corelis
Boundary Scanners with all of our CM partners.

The provision of high quality services to our customers is Direct Insight's
primary mission, and is our primary source of revenue.
Our intention is to form partnerships with our customers which are based
on the principal that both parties will profit from the relationship,
founded on mutual understanding and trust, and designed to be of an enduring
nature.
Traditionally, the most substantial
part of our services business has been the provision of
direct support and "add-on" services associated with the
products that we sell. Included in this category are on-site
maintenance contracts for device programmers or annual
update and support contracts for various types of software.
Increasingly, we are involved in provision
of training courses. These tend principally to be custom-designed,
and of a very detailed nature, although we also hold "open"
training courses in a variety of locations, on a wide
range of topics.
Another growth area is the provision
of consultancy services. These range from complete design
and development projects to consulting on methodology
as an extension of our training activities.
