CoDeveloper is the perfect complement to your existing Altera design
tools
CoDeveloper generates outputs that are fully compatible with Altera Quartus
II and SOPC Builder software. Impulse C applications are developed and
debugged using C standard development environments (including Visual Studio
and GCC/GDB), then compiled to create outputs compatible with Quartus
II and SOPC Builder.

Integration with SOPC Builder
CoDeveloper is capable of exporting compiled Impulse C applications directory
into your SOPC Builder projects. When used in this way, CoDeveloper can
be thought of as either a module generator or (alternatively) as a system
design design tool allowing mixed hardware and software applications to
be described and implemented, with little or no need to write low-level
VHDL or Verilog.

provides a complete ANSI C to FPGA design path, with all the tools needed
to compile your application to the included FPGA prototyping board.

- Altera SOPC Builder system development tool

- Impulse CoMonitor to identify bottlenecks, synchronization problems
and areas for acceleration
- Impulse CoBuilder to compile your Impulse C applications and
generate hardware descriptions ready for synthesis using Altera Quartus
II
- Altera Quartus II Limited Edition development software
- Altera Nios development board populated by an Cyclone or Stratix FPGA,
with cables and accessories:
- Multiple Impulse C reference designs targeting the Nios development
board
- One year subscription to Nios processor-related upgrades
