When you purchase your Blackhawk JTAG probe from Direct Insight, we make two promises:

Choosing the right unit:
XDS560 and XDS560v2 are the highest performance units, especially useful for high-end devices. If you need High-Speed RTDX, you should use an XDS560 (not v2) emulator. Also XDS560 can be used with any version of CCS, while XDS560v2 requires CCS version 4.2 or higher. Subject to those limitations, the XDS560v2 units may offer the advantage of lower price and System Trace capability.
The USB510L has broad device support and may be considered a high performance / low price alternative to TMDSEMU510U
If you are using a C2000 device, then the USB2000 is a low cost alternative to USB510L with support limited to that family only.
