Direct Insight delivers first showing of Standard 7 at Microsoft

Microsoft's latest embedded
OS, Windows Embedded Standard 7 is about to hit the streets, and we
have teamed up with Windows Embedded distributor Avnet Embedded to create
an event designed to give engineers and managers the opportunity to
find out about the new OS.
Standard 7 brings the user-experience
of Windows 7 to embedded devices, and is a lightweight, componentized
version of the desktop OS, with additional features specific to the needs
of the embedded environment.
The event is to be held at Microsoft's
European HQ, at Thames Valley Park, Reading, on Tuesday April 20th.
