We are now shipping the latest member of the ultra-miniature TRITON
family of modules based on Intel's low-power PCA XScale processors.
Based
around a PXA255 running at 400MHz, the TRITON-ECO has 16MB SDRAM and 8MB
Flash. The DIMM144 format module measures just 68mm x 38mm and all signals
are accessible via the 144-pin edge connector.
For development purposes, the TRITON-ECO, which is supplied with the
RedBoot monitor installed, can be plugged into the StarterKit I baseboard.
The fifth member of the TRITON PXA255 family, the TRITON-ECO is intended
to illustrate the cost-flexibility of the modular concept. Customized
versions of the TRITON module, along with bespoke baseboards, can be rapidly
created by our services group to provide a complete solution for low-power
applications, running Linux or Windows CE.NET.
