entry point for automated programming
Data I/O's new PS288FC automated programmer sets a new benchmark for
price/performance in Flash memory programming.
Based on the industry's fastest programming technology - FlashCORE,
and the tried-and-trusted PS series automation platform, the new unit
is designed for high and medium volume manufacturing, and features rapid
changeover times, making it suitable for batch production.
The PS288FC is equipped with 4 FlashCORE programming sites, each capable
of programming four 128Mb Flash memory devices in under 40 seconds. This
equates to a throughput around 1000cph.
A wide range of I/O options are available including JEDEC and non-JEDEC
tray stackers, tape-in and tape-out. A labelling system is available.
Priced under £75,000, the PS288FC makes automated off-line programming
accessible to a broad range of customers.
