Cogent announces low-cost board for DragonBall MC9328MXL
Extending
CSB3xx SBC family for OEM use
The new CSB336 is based on the Motorola MC9328MXL DragonBall Microprocessor,
which combines the performance and very low power consumption of the ARM
920T Core with an on-chip LCD Controller, Synchronous Serial, SDIO, GPIO
etc.. This enables the MC9328MXL to form the basis of low-cost, high performance
products for industrial automation, telematics, medical applications and
many others.
The MC9328MXL Address and Data Bus as well as all unused GPIO are made
available via 0.1" stacking headers for easy mating with standard prototyping
boards. All this, plus the SDIO Card, Dual CAN and 10/100 Ethernet Interface,
and a small 82mm x 89mm size make the CSB336 ideal for a wide variety
of product design and development tasks.
Like all CSB3xx boards, the CSB336 is equipped with 32Mbyte SDRAM and
8Mbyte FLASH, dual RS-232 Ports and USB 1.1 Device Port. The internal
LCD Controller supports up to 640x480 TFT, HR-TFT and STN Displays. There
is an SMC LAN91C113 10/100 Ethernet interface, Infineon SAK82C900 Dual
CAN via SPI and 4-Bit Secure Digital/MMC Card Socket.
Prices and specs are available on our boards
page.
