Blackhawk LAN560 Remote JTAG Emulator Now ShippingMost advanced JTAG emulator for TI TMS320 The Blackhawk LAN560 is the first of its kind, an integrated network device and JTAG emulator, which connects directly to a LAN, WAN or WiFi via a 10/100 Mbit Ethernet RJ-45 connector, and supports XDS560 class debug connectivity. Because of the LAN560's networked design, a dedicated PC is not required at the emulator's location. In addition, there are no special installation criteria except for a network visible IP address. The compact and lightweight LAN560 features a variable TCK (timing clock) running up to 35 MHz and includes a flexible 167cm multi-voltage cable/pod assembly. Power and link activity LED's have been added to show operational status. As an added bonus, the LAN560 also includes a USB 2.0-compliant port, which achieves rates up to 480 megabits per second (Mbps), for increased code download speed. This gives the user the flexibility to connect the LAN560 locally to a notebook or desktop computer and also configure the IP address for LAN operation. Besides supporting all of the advanced features of XDS560 technology, such as high-speed RTDX and Advanced Event Triggering, the LAN560 can also interface to XDS510 class drivers via its USB port, extending compatibility to more TI DSP devices and Code Composer Studio versions than any other XDS560-class emulator. The Blackhawk LAN560 JTAG emulator supports TMS320, TMS470 (ARM) and OMAP families and is compatible with the Code Composer Studio flash-burner utility. Legacy support for Code Composer v4.1x and the VC33 device is available using the LAN560's integrated high-speed USB 2.0 port. Visit our Blackhawk pages for further details.
