Insight to supply and support leading ARM/MIPS debug solution
Direct Insight and EPI have announced a new distribution agreement for
supply, marketing and support of EPI products in the UK.
EPI was the pioneer of debug interface technology for ARM devices, and
thousands of its Jeeni and Majic debug interfaces have been shipped to
both users of the ARM cores, and of ARM-based microcontrollers worldwide.
One of EPI's key strengths is in its comprehensive, in-depth, Intel-endorsed
support for the XScale architecture. EPI is Microsoft's recommended partner
for "hardware-assisted debug" for WinCE platform development.
EPI continues expanded development tool support, including new GDB/Linux
debug support, new device support for many devices from Brecis, Broadcom,
IDT, Intel, MIPS Technologies and Philips, plus expanded Win CE .NET Platform
Builder support for many of its semiconductor and board solution partners
in the ARM and MIPS camps, including most recently Accelent and ADI.
