Administrator (maternity cover)

We are looking for a financial and sales Administrator for a maternity cover position, starting September.

Ideally, the successful candidate will work part-time (approx 20 hours/week) until November 2010, then full time for a flexible period of a few months, and then part-time again for a period of several months. This interesting and varied position involves managing all transactions from order entry to stock management and purchasing, through to invoicing and receivables. The wide-ranging nature of the role means that it is likely that a person with small-company administration experience would be best suited to our requirements.

We are a small, busy, technology company working with customers and suppliers in Europe, North America and Asia, and so experience of a multi-currency business and good communication and customer service skills are desirable. A sound knowledge of accounting principles and recent experience of Sage Line 50 are preferred. However, the ability to learn new skills and to work flexibly in a small team are of equal importance.
